Our guest must follow all posted signs and not endanger the safety and security of any other guest. Mutual respectful behavior and treatment of all guests and staff is required at all times and any violation of the this, or the laws of Mexico, is grounds for immediate removal from site. This would also include any type of harassment as determined by the managers and or owners of the property.
There is no lifeguard on duty at any time so use the public spaces and pool at your own risk. No diving in the pool.
Suggested quiet time is set at 11 pm to ensure all guest can have the ability to get a good night sleep.
Do not share any entry codes with others as this presents a security risk. Be aware of your valuables at all times as we are not liability for lost or stolen items.

If renting bikes you accept liability for any damages that are done to petal bike or e-bike rentals up to $500.00. You are also liable for any damages to third parties or third party property to the amount determined appropriate to rectify the damage. No insurances of any kind are provided with the rental cost.

Any damage of, or theft from, the property will be determined at the owners or managers discretion based on site camera footage and eye witness testimony, and will be taken out of the security/damage deposit taken upon check in and possibly be subject to further charges.

The public areas of the property and its perimeter are monitored 24 hours by security cameras and surveillance for our guest safety and security.

A $500 deposit will be charged to your credit card when you arrive. Once you have checked out and your room is cleaned it will be return minus a cleaning fee of $50 for weekly stays and $100 for stays of 27 days or more.

No smoking in allowed anywhere on the property.
Cancellation Policy
For total reservations of 14 days or less:
Cancellation before 7 days from the date of your reservation, and 30 days before the date of your expected arrival will be refunded at 90%. Cancellation after 7 days from your reservation and before 30 days from the date of your expected arrival will be refunded at 50%. Cancelations after 30 days from the date of your expected arrival will not receive a refund.
For total reservations of 15 days or more:
Cancellation before 7 days from the date of your reservation, and 60 days before the date of your expected arrival will be refunded at 80%. Cancellation after 7 days from your reservation and before 60 days from the date of your expected arrival will be refunded at 50%. Cancelations after 60 days from the date of your expected arrival will not receive a refund.
